We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed and more. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and we enjoyed all the facilities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful restaurant where we had authentic Mexican dishes. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the main plaza within seconds.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciate the modern and comfortable room with a new AC unit. The roof garden with fantastic views was the highlight of my stay, perfect for a sunset drink. the helpful and friendly staff made my trip easier.

The location in the middle of the action is terrible. The noise from nearby restaurants kept me up until 1 in the morning, and the bedsheet had a suspicious-looking stain.

Our romantic getaway was affected by constant noise from nearby nightclubs and restaurants until the early hours of the morning. the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell, and the bedding had suspicious marks.
